Well, we saw the eclipse the other night as we roamed around Oxford. I don’t remember too much of it…kind of a lost weekend all in one night. Many pints as we talked music and caught up with friends.

Dave and I recorded a new Band Weblogs Podcast Show – #23.

As usual we had fun with it and played some pretty cool bands: Elizabeth and the Catapult, Jen Chapin, Darrin James Band and us – The Tommos!

The podcast is also aired on KYOU Radio and 1550 AM in San Fransisco which is cool. We like to think that anyone driving along, up and down the hills of San Fransisco might actually hear us yapping away on the radio.

We hope to record another podcast very soon, and will probably include a new song by The Tommos.

Gig Cancelled!

Bummer! Our gig on the 27th of February has been cancelled due to a change in management at the establishment. We were looking forward to it.

The Tommos Upcoming Gig

This is my first ever blog, so watch in awe as a man teaches a monkey to type. Yes it is possible, I am just saving up for the monkey and then the experiment will commence!

So until I have saved up for said primate I have been practicing the set for our “The Tommos” gig on 27th February 2007. Its going good, we have over 12 songs to play at Pizza Express in The Covered Market in Oxford.

You’d have to be somewhere else to not be at this debut performance by two young hopefuls bursting through the ranks of the entertainment business.
A free pizza to anyone who can remember my plectrum!!
